Circuit30 is great in that the workouts are never the same but they are always 30 minutes long. That variability and consistency makes me not only look forward to the daily workouts, but also allows me to fit them into my daily schedule.
I don’t think there is anything I don’t like about circuit! The trainers are super helpful, the schedule is convenient and by the time I’m finished with my workout, I feel great!
Life is busier than ever and we all still have the same, finite amount of time per day; 24 hours or 1440 minutes. Circuit30 Fitness incorporates the latest research in exercise physiology with proven science and a revolutionary, flexible format so you can make the most out of your time at the gym. Give us just 30 minutes of your day, and we’ll give you results.
High Intensity Interval Training incorporates short periods of intense effort interspersed with short periods of rest. This method has been scientifically proven to deliver superior results in shorter time periods versus longer time periods of steady-state exercise. It also “powers up your metabolism” and increases your caloric burn throughout the day. The bottom line: you get more while doing less. That’s what we call a win-win.
Studies show that your body and mind adapt to routines. In exercise, this means over time, you’ll hit a plateau and stop seeing gains. Varying movements, equipment and order all combine to create the concept known as “muscle confusion”. At Circuit30 Fitness, we take this concept a step further and have a professional sports trainer design our workouts to achieve maximal effectiveness. Oh, and it will keep you from getting bored too!
Whether with weights, bands, body weight, etc., resistance training is an important component of long term fitness. It strengthens and builds muscle, which in turn, increases metabolism and burns fat long after you’ve left the gym. As we age, our muscles tend to atrophy and our bones can become more brittle. Continually working our muscles helps keep them toned and staves off atrophy and putting our bones under load helps to keep them strong.
