Sarah and her husband Luke (Co-Founder) of Circuit30 have tried all types of fitness including spinning, boot camps, running, CrossFit, boxing, yoga, Pilates. They have always been committed to staying healthy and fit. But as their schedules changed, it became harder to find time to get in their physical activity for the day. Eager to find something challenging but quick they discovered HIIT. After researching the science behind the training they were confident that this was not only the best fit for them but that so many others could benefit from this system. Determined to open a gym based on science, convenience and results, came Circuit30 Fitness. Their goal is that this concept will make it easier for people to live the healthiest lifestyle possible without having to sacrifice too much time from their everyday lives.

Becca has always had a passion for fitness. She grew up playing a variety of sports before concentrating on soccer, which took her to Southeastern Louisiana University on a scholarship, where she was named Conference Freshman of the Year, made the All-Conference Team 4 years running, and was named Athlete of the Year.
After college, running became her go to fitness routine before discovering workouts like CrossFit and HIIT. Exercise is a natural part of her daily routine and she truly believes that it makes her a more patient mom/wife/friend. “A good workout can clear my head and help me find new perspective.” She has a passion to help others find their “why” and fall in love with fitness.
Becca is TRX Certified and CPR/AED Certified.

Sports has always been a part of Emily’s life, growing up with a Dad who wanted to coach her in every sport. She started playing basketball and soccer at a very young age. Attending Ohio University inspired her to stay active and that’s when she fell in love with running! In 2014 she completed her first half marathon. Emily finds it truly rewarding to watch the progress someone can make with determination and hard work. “As a trainer I have the opportunity to influence someone’s life for the better, motivating people to make positive changes and achieve goals they never thought they could. I love how important my job makes me feel and am lucky to say I enjoy going to work every day!”
Emily has an Associates in Sports and Fitness Management and is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED Certified.

Dale is a former offensive lineman for John Carroll University where he studied Exercise Science and is currently in grad school at Cleveland State University working towards a degree in Exercise Physiology. His passion is for helping athletes reach their full potential. He specializes in dynamic workouts focusing on improving performance, agility and explosiveness. Dale believes that HIIT and Functional Fitness are not only beneficial for athletes but that they play an important role for everyone. He is committed to helping you get the most out of your daily Circuit30 workouts.
Dale is a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED Certified.
Health and Fitness Coach
Brandon started his fitness career in 2016 in Track & Field. That inspired him in 2017 to get certified and start personal training. Over the last couple years he’s been training in both big box gym and small class environments.
Currently playing semi-pro football for the NEO Silverbacks out of Akron, OH, his speed, agility and game IQ have served him well for the position of defensive back. His true passion in fitness is guiding and developing young athletes on and off the field. He helps them build life skills along with their physical growth.
Brandon is FiTour Certified in Advanced Personal Training and CPR/AED Certified.

Erin is a 3-time NAIA national champion and 9-time All American collegiate distance runner who has traded in her running shoes for barbells. As a personal trainer her focus is primarily on strength training. HIIT training fits perfectly with her “train smarter, not harder” philosophy of getting in and getting out of the gym as efficiently and as effectively as possible. Erin’s goal is to share her knowledge and experience to help people be strong, healthy and confident. Coupled with the belief that you can’t out-train a bad diet, Erin is equally passionate about helping people make informed choices about nutrition.
Erin is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and CPR/AED Certified.

As a Circuit30 Health and Fitness Coach you will be responsible for managing the circuit floor, instructing members on proper form, and motivating members to get the most out of their daily pre-programmed 30-minute workouts.

In order to become a Health and Fitness Coach at Circuit30 Fitness, you must be able to perform certain job required duties. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skillset and abilities needed.
Education/and or Experience Required
⬡ High School Diploma or GED required; six months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
⬡ A fitness certification from one of the following professional organizations: NSCA, ACE, PTA Global Certified Trainer, ACSM, AFAA, CI and NASM is preferred
⬡ Hold and maintain a current CPR certification is preferred
⬡ Passion for health and wellness, leading by example
⬡ Experience leading a HIIT workout in a fast-paced environment
⬡ Team Player and Results Driven
⬡ Ability to discuss both fitness and nutritional goals with members
⬡ Willing and able to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays

Circuit30 Health and Fitness Coaches are expected to manage the circuit style training to assist members with their daily workout. This requires them to be on their feet for multiple hours at a time. On the circuit floor, coaches must be able to demonstrate all movements on our extensive list using the following equipment: Bosu Balls, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Stability Balls, TRX, Barbells, Resistance Bands, and other fitness equipment.
